Job Description

This is a private equity-backed company generating approximately $80M-$90M in revenue that has averaged 20%+ annual growth over the last five years. The organization has completed three acquisitions in the last 60-90 days alone and recently doubled the size of its accounting and finance team as part of its continued expansion.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • 13-week cash flow forecasting
    * Short and long-term cash planning
    * Debt covenant calculations and lender reporting packages
    * Budgeting and forecasting
    * Executive financial reporting and variance analysis
    * Financial modeling and strategic planning
    * Treasury and liquidity management
    * Management reporting and dashboard development
    * M&A integration support and acquisition analysis
    * Working directly with leadership to identify risks and growth opportunities

The ideal background would come from FP&A, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Strategic Finance, Financial Analysis, or Finance Management. The client specifically noted that they are not looking for a traditional accounting-focused candidate whose experience is primarily month-end close, journal entries, or reconciliations.

Manager-level candidates are absolutely being considered as long as they are comfortable remaining hands-on and working in the details. The company is looking for someone who wants to help build the finance infrastructure and eventually grow into a larger leadership role as the organization continues to scale.
